Paper Grade
- 70gsm Kraft (No-Handle Line): Lightweight but tear-resistant, suitable for dry foods, bakery items, and light grocery loads. The natural unbleached kraft surface accepts single-colour print well.
- 130gsm Kraft (Handle Line): Heavier-duty board for restaurant and retail use. The thicker wall supports meal boxes, bottles, and bulkier orders. The broad flat face is the primary branding surface.
Handle Construction
All handle bags use twisted kraft rope handles. The rope is riveted and reinforced at the attachment point. Rope colour is natural brown as standard; custom-coloured rope (matching brand palette) is available for OEM runs.
Base Design
Both product lines feature a flat-bottom gusset construction that allows the bag to stand upright when loaded — important for tray-style meal delivery and takeout handout counters.
Ink
Water-based, food-safe flexographic inks. Up to 4-colour printing across both lines.

We offer two bag types. The no-handle series has 6 sizes: #2 (W:90+55×H:180mm), #3 (W:120+70×H:220mm), #4 (W:130+80×H:240mm), #6 (W:150+90×H:280mm), #8 (W:155+100×H:298mm), and #12 (W:180+110×H:320mm). The handle series has 3 sizes: M (W:210+110×H:270mm), L (W:210+150×H:270mm), and XL (W:280+150×H:280mm).
The no-handle bags (70gsm) are designed for quick-service counter handout, bakeries, and light grocery use — compact, economical, and efficient to stack and store. The handle bags (130gsm) are designed for restaurants and brand-forward food businesses — heavier paper, twisted kraft rope handles, and a structured base that keeps the bag upright when loaded.
Yes. Mixed types are accepted as long as the combined shipment reaches the minimum equivalent of 1 × 20ft container. For quantities below a full container, LCL consolidation is available at an additional fee of approximately USD 200–250 per bill of lading.
The standard MOQ is 30,000 pcs per type. Mixed sizes can be combined to meet the container minimum. Please contact us to confirm your specific combination.
Yes. Both bag types support OEM custom printing — logo, brand name, QR code, and full-face designs. Base pricing covers unprinted bags; custom printing is quoted separately based on artwork complexity and number of colours. Please share your artwork file (PDF or AI, minimum 300 dpi) and colour count when enquiring.
The standard option is natural unbleached kraft brown for both bag types. White kraft is available on request for higher-contrast colour printing. On handle bags, custom rope colours are available to match your brand Pantone reference.
